A wide variety of parts are cleaned using appropriate Schwing systems.
A wide range of HYDROLTHERM® Fluid Bed systems and Cleaning Ovens are available according to customer requirements.
Cleaning is therefore possible - from small injection moulding machine nozzles to large extrusion machine dies weighing several tons.
This service has been particularly suited to the Fibre Industry for many years, participating in the quality and experience resulting from Schwing's 30 years of involvement in thermal cleaning.

The systems have different dimensions and can be used for the cleaning of small components with only some kilograms of weight up to large dies with the length of 2,5m and a weight up to 3 tons.
Spinnerettes and filtermediums are inspected by microscope.
Filtercandles can also be checked by bubbletest and /or differential weight analysis.
We organise the transport of the components with our own trucks or via external transport companies.
Fibre Industry
The quality and consistency when cleaning completely assembled spinpacks, spinpumps and filters is vitally important in the production of fibre.
The HYDROLTHERM® Fluid Bed guarantees the safe cleaning of all parts. Frequent cleaning can be carried out without the need to disassemble the parts. The removal of the polymer is completed in only one process.
Completely assembled spinpacks and spinpumps are easily disassembled after cleaning.
Inorganic residues are removed by carefully selected post treatment processes following cleaning. This second step guarantees the cleaning quality.
The outstanding cleaning quality following these two steps guarantees a long life on the machine before the next cleaning cycle.

Extrusion
The safe and consistent quality of die cleaning in the blown film, sheet and profile production is important for production. The same applies to the simple breaker plate.
The HYDROLTHERM® Fluid Bed or the Cleaning Oven guarantee a safe cleaning process for all parts.

Injection Moulding
A process for the careful and reproducible cleaning of nozzles, non-return valves and hot runners is extremely important for production.
The Compact Cleaner guarantees the safe cleaning of simple parts, for example injection nozzles.
The cleaning of more complicated parts such as hot runners, completely or partly disassembled, is carried out in either the HYDROLTHERM® Fluid Bed or Cleaning Oven.
